I am currently coming out of a long term relationship and in need of a room for rent ASAP. at the moment I can afford only about $450 a month for rent. I work semifulltime 30+ hours a week. I do smoke but can easily go outside for that if you wish. I am 25 years old Male. I have 2 Small rabbits that are caged and when out are litter trained (they do throw some wild parties every now and then though). I am clean and respectful When i do occasionally go out to the bar, i wont be bringing the party back home.
