I'm starting a new job in Philadelphia later this month, and need a temporary housing situation until I know the city well enough to find my own place. I'm female, 26 years old, with a job in nonprofits. I'd need a room just for the month of September, and a few days at the end of August just to start moving in. I'd like to have a furnished space, but not having one isn't a big deal, either. I'm pretty easygoing, love animals, exercising and reading. I'll be pretty busy with working and finding a place to live during this time, so I'll probably rarely be around!
