Hi, I?m looking for a room to rent for the whole year. Location-wise, I want a place on the southern side of campus (maybe around College Ave), but it doesn't have to be around there. Also, it should be within a 10 min drive or 20 min walk from campus. The place should have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. When it comes to roommates, I want them to be at the very least a sophomore and 21 or turning within a month or two. I am completely fine with living with males and/or females. I don't mind if your own room is messy as long as our shared spaces are clean and you're not creating mutant biology project in your messy room. I'll promise to do the same. I'm just getting out of the military and am going back to school again to study Hospitality Management. I am completely down for going out and having some drinks or have a party, but typically only on the weekends. No hard drugs please though. If you have the space, I have some furniture (couch, coffee-table, larger ottoman, couple of side-tables) that I'd rather not have to sell. I've lived with roommates before, so it's nothing new to me to be respectful of someone?s space. I am reliable when it comes to my share. If it?s needed I can give you my former landlord?s number and show past utility bills.
