The ideal roommate would be a young professional or grad-student, that is a non-smoker, social, respectful of others, and that doesn't have any pets. The move-in date is tentatively September 1st, but is flexible through October 1st. The room rents for $415/month plus utilities, which typically add up to no more than $30-$70/person, depending on the time of year. About the Area: The apartment is located in University City within walking distance to the Market-Frankford Line, the 21, 31, 42, and 64 buses, as well as Penn, Drexel, The Restaurant School, and a few other universities. There is plenty of non-permit street parking also available. About the Apartment: The apartment is spacious, extremely clean and features central heating/air conditioning and hardwood floors. The building comes with coin-operated laundry, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary gym membership. The available bedroom is approximately 12'x12', has a spacious closet as well as additional closet storage in the hallway. About Us: 27-year old young professional that works in Center City and enjoys shopping, reality tv (RHOA, Married to Medicine, RHONJ, Kardashians, you name it), Summer Street Festivals and social events and 28-year old grad-student that enjoys fitness, movies, and going out on the weekends. We occasionally hang out and have roomie nights, but are also respectful of each other's space. We also keep a really clean and organized apartment and prefer someone that will maintain the common spaces in the same way. To Move In: First, Last and Security is required to move in, and the Property Management requires an application (there is a $40 application fee).
